ALTIT LUXURY is committed to equal, accessible service and works to improve this website under Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, the Service Accessibility Regulations and Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA where applicable.
Website accessibility measures
The website uses semantic structure and heading hierarchy, a skip link, keyboard navigation, visible focus, field labels, status messages, alternative text for meaningful images, contrast, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support.
Language and writing direction are set for Hebrew, English, French and Russian. Browser zoom can enlarge the display, and core actions do not depend on mouse use alone.
Testing and known limitations
Internal technical checks covered keyboard operation, structure, labels, focus and responsive layouts. No external certification audit has been performed by an authorised accessibility professional, so we do not claim independent certification.
The social feed is a local carousel with alternative text and keyboard controls; opening the source leads to an external service whose accessibility we do not control. The management-method illustration supports reduced motion and equivalent written information. The resident service opens externally after a transition page. A component may still present a barrier, and reports help us correct it.
Service arrangements
Customer service is available by phone, email and WhatsApp. Meetings and visits take place by appointment at different properties, so physical access arrangements vary by location. If you need an adjustment, translation, accessible document or alternative to an in-person meeting, notify us in advance and we will make a reasonable effort to provide one at no extra charge.
