Why we use it
We use the information to assess the enquiry and condominium characteristics, contact you, arrange a visit and prepare a tailored proposal. The questionnaire does not display a price to the visitor; our sales team reviews the information and follows up. We do not use these details for marketing messages without separate consent.

Service providers and transfers
Hosting, email, form and technical providers may process the information for us only as needed. When delivery is configured, requests may be stored in Google Workspace services and sent to the company email. Provider servers may be located in or outside Israel.

Retention and security
As a general rule, information from an enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless longer retention is needed for a business relationship, dispute or legal duty.
