Privacy policy
This policy explains how ALTIT LUXURY Building Management & Maintenance Ltd collects, uses, retains and protects personal information on this website under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, including Amendment No. 13, and the applicable privacy regulations.
Data controller and contact
The data controller is ALTIT LUXURY Building Management & Maintenance Ltd, Israeli Company No. 516893823, Eilat. Privacy enquiries: 054-792-3868 or altitluxury@gmail.com.
Notice when information is collected
Providing information is voluntary and is not legally required. Required fields are needed to assess and respond to the enquiry; without a project name or address, full name, phone number and permission to contact you, we cannot process the request.
The information comes directly from you. Submit only information you are authorised to share. Do not submit bank details, identity numbers, medical information or personal information about other residents.
- Purposes: service-suitability assessment, contact, arranging a visit and preparing a proposal
- Possible recipients: authorised company staff and necessary hosting, form, email and technical-support providers
- The form is not used for automated decision-making that produces legal effects
Information processed
The request form may process a project name or address, condominium features and systems, contract types, entered expenses, items left for completion, plan preference, name, phone number, email, role and notes. An internal summary and PDF copy of the request data and internal calculations may also be created to handle the enquiry.
Hosting infrastructure may generate technical and security logs such as IP address, browser and device type, request time and page viewed for operation, security and abuse prevention. Only the language preference is stored on your device.
Questions entered in the digital assistant are analysed locally in your browser. They are not sent to the company or to an AI provider, are not stored in a database and are not used for profiling or marketing.
Questions proposed for the knowledge centre
This form collects the topic, question and website language. An email address is collected only if you choose to receive a one-time notice when the answer is published. Do not include names, an exact address, an apartment number or other personal information.
The question is reviewed by a person. The company may edit or shorten it, combine similar questions and remove identifying details before anonymous publication, but is not required to publish or answer every question. The email address is not attached to published content and is not used for marketing without separate consent.
Purposes of use
Information is used to assess the enquiry, contact you, coordinate next steps, prepare a tailored proposal, retain a useful contact record, secure the website, prevent fraud or abuse, handle disputes and comply with legal duties.
Details submitted to request a proposal will not be used for advertising messages without separate consent where required. When separate marketing consent is given, it is recorded with its date, the form language and the consent-text version. It can be withdrawn at any time by writing to altitluxury@gmail.com or through an unsubscribe link, where included in the message. We do not sell personal information.
Providers and international transfers
The website uses hosting, delivery and security services, including Cloudflare. When a questionnaire, callback request or knowledge-centre question is submitted, its information is securely sent to Google Apps Script and processed in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets and the company’s email system. Hosting, infrastructure, security, form, email and technical-support providers may process information only as needed for their service.
Provider servers may be located in or outside Israel. Transfers are subject to applicable Israeli law, including rules on transfers outside Israel, and the providers’ contractual or regulatory safeguards. Information may also be disclosed to a competent authority, professional advisers or in legal proceedings when lawfully required or justified.
Local storage, external content and cookies
The website currently uses no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, reCAPTCHA, advertising tool or behavioural-analytics tool, and sets no marketing cookie. Your language choice is kept in browser localStorage. A hosting or security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie for security, abuse prevention and traffic integrity, for example Cloudflare bot protection; that cookie is not used for marketing.
Until an approved business connection to Meta is activated, the Social media section displays only a preselected local fallback. If such a connection is activated, it will retrieve posts from the company’s official accounts through the server-side Meta API, cache them temporarily and deliver their images through the website server. It loads no Facebook or Instagram component in the browser, so merely viewing it does not activate Meta cookies. Only clicking a post or profile opens the external service. Video, WhatsApp, email and the external resident service are also governed by their own terms and policies. A transition page appears before resident access.
If non-essential measurement tools or cookies are added, this policy will be updated and a choice will be provided when required by law.
Retention and security
As a general rule, an enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is retained for up to 24 months after the last contact. Information connected with an engagement, accounting, a dispute or a legal duty is retained for the period reasonably required. Technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operations and security.
An email address provided for an answer notice is deleted or separated from the question within 90 days after the notice is sent; if no answer is published, it is deleted no later than 12 months after submission. The anonymous question and non-identifying editorial record may remain in the content database.
We use encrypted communications, access restrictions, need-based permissions and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may request access to information about you and ask to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, subject to sections 13 and 14 of Israeli law and applicable exceptions. You may withdraw permission for future contact without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We may verify identity to protect your information. Requests are reviewed within the periods set by law. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Children and changes
The website is intended for adults acting in relation to a condominium. Anyone under 18 should not submit personal information without a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
We may update this policy following legal, technical or service changes. The current version and its date will appear here.
