General information and engagement

The website provides general information about condominium management and maintenance. It is not legal, engineering, safety, insurance or accounting advice and does not replace qualified professional review. Binding services arise only under a written proposal and signed agreement after review of the property and relevant documents.

Website content, a conversation, a message or form submission does not create an engagement, agency, fiduciary relationship or obligation to provide a service.

Management plans, proposals and the condominium budget

The names Basic, Balanced and Full Envelope describe general methods for comparing budget structure and service level only. They are not uniform packages, a public offer or a universal promise of services, frequencies, materials, labour hours, cover or price for every property.

Every option shows ALTIT LUXURY’s fixed monthly management service fee separately from the condominium operating budget. That budget is intended for the property’s actual expenses and is not, by itself, an additional management fee or company income.

Only the property-specific proposal and signed agreement determine scope, exclusions, costs spread monthly, separate assessments, whether a reserve exists and how it may be used, approvals and each party’s responsibility. Choosing a plan does not remove any legal duty, safety requirement, authority direction or instruction from an appropriately qualified professional.

Proposal questionnaire and proposal preparation

The questionnaire collects information the user chooses to provide about the property, services, systems, contract arrangements, billing method and known costs. It does not automatically fill a missing price and displays no quotation. Internal working calculations, fees, costs, VAT, scope and allocation are non-binding and are finalized only in a written, signed proposal and agreement.

Selecting or omitting a system does not determine any legal, standards-based, safety or contractual duty and does not replace review of the property, plans, certificates, manufacturer instructions and current rules. Insurance must be confirmed with a licensed insurer or broker, systems and contracts with qualified professionals, and frequencies and cost allocation under Israeli law, the bylaws, condominium decisions and registered documents. A blank field identifies an item for ALTIT LUXURY to verify and complete.

Digital assistant

The assistant is an automated tool that searches and presents approved website information. It is not a person or professional adviser and cannot approve a price, interpret a contract, make a decision or bind the company. An answer may be general, incomplete or unsuitable for particular circumstances.

Before a financial, legal, safety or technical decision, confirm the information with the company or a qualified professional. Questions are currently processed only in the browser and are not sent or stored.

Submitting a question to the knowledge centre

The form is for general questions only and is not a channel for an individual case, fault or emergency. Do not send personal or sensitive information. A submission creates no advice, engagement or obligation to publish an answer.

Subject to the permission given in the form, ALTIT LUXURY may edit or shorten a question, combine similar questions, remove identifying details and publish the question and answer anonymously. The company controls the final editorial content and may update or remove it. An email notice, if requested, is a one-time service message and not a marketing subscription.

Not an emergency channel

The website, form, assistant, email and social media are not emergency services and do not guarantee an immediate response. Residents of managed properties must use the designated emergency channel and follow their agreement. In immediate danger, contact the competent emergency services.

Permitted use and submitted information

Submit accurate, current information that you are authorised to share. Do not submit third-party personal information without authority, unnecessary sensitive data, malicious code or unlawful content, and do not overload the site, bypass security, scrape its database or use it deceptively.

The website is intended for adults. A user under 18 requires a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Intellectual property

The website, design, logo, text, information structure, proposal questionnaire and content belong to ALTIT LUXURY or their owners. They may not be copied, republished, modified or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except for reasonable personal use permitted by law.

Generated or edited concept images are not presented as properties managed by the company. Third-party marks and services remain their owners’ property.

External services and links

Until an approved business connection to Meta is activated, the website’s social feed displays only a local fallback. If such a connection is activated, the feed will sync server-side with the official accounts through the Meta API, with caching and a local fallback, and without embedding a Meta window in the browser. Opening a post or official account, WhatsApp, a video, email or another external service is governed by the relevant provider’s terms and privacy policy. The Resident access link first opens a transition page; only choosing to continue opens the authorised external resident system. The company does not control the availability, security, cookies or content of an external service.

Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts regarding accuracy, security and availability, but errors, outdated information, interruptions, failures or third-party acts may occur. Subject to law, the company is not liable for loss caused by relying solely on general information, incorrectly entered data or an external service.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy, law and changes

Personal information is handled under the privacy policy. Israeli law governs the website and these terms, and disputes are heard by the court or tribunal competent under that law.

The terms may change following legal, technical or service developments. The applicable version is the one published at the time of the relevant use.
