Initial assessment questionnaire

The questionnaire collects preliminary information about the condominium and requested services. It does not display a price and is not a quotation, commitment or agreement. The ALTIT LUXURY sales team reviews the information and follows up for clarifications, a site visit where appropriate and a tailored proposal. Final costs, applicable taxes and terms are determined only in a written proposal and signed agreement, according to property condition, supplier contracts, consumption, professional requirements and applicable Israeli law.

• Insurance cover and price must be confirmed with an insurer or broker.
• Elevator and professional-service contracts must be confirmed with qualified providers.
• The allocation between apartments depends on the applicable law, registered bylaws and relevant property documents and is not necessarily equal.

Content and images

The site, design, text and marks belong to ALTIT LUXURY or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission. Images of actual work are identified accordingly. Generated or edited concept images are labelled and are not represented as projects managed by the company.

Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other providers are subject to their own terms and policies. ALTIT LUXURY does not control their availability or content.
